Tequila Tequila…… Get into the spirit of Mexico with this Patron Master Class where you will learn the ins and outs of all things Patron. In this class you will learn how agave is produced, understand quality and a background and history on the distilleries finishing off with taste testing their range.
Thursday 27th July, 6pm - Baron of the burger
Come along for a Flipping good time and learn the tips and tricks on burger creations. Learn timings, process and the perfect ingredients from our head Chef and finish off this experience by tucking into a burger from our Hub menu.
Thursday 3rd August, 6pm - Dukes best donut
Glazed, filled, Cinnamon or sugar? Learn how to cook, coat and fill the perfect donut. Head Chef Matt Faux has it covered (literally) in this doughnut making master class. Learn the science and logistics of doughnut making. Finish off the evening with a 15 minute Play Card whilst you enjoy your Donut!
Thursday 10th August, 6pm - Princes' pasta
Learn the difference between Ravioli and Rigatoni in this Italian inspired Pasta making class. Make the perfect pasta dough and accompanying fresh sauces. Finish the by dining in our restaurant to experience your deliciously cooked pasta dish.
